You can’t look at a character’s Armory profile and know if they will fit your guild; any more than you can look at a person’s shoe size and know if they prefer scrambled eggs.
Like almost every detailed application process, the way somebody fills in the application sometimes tells you as much as the information they provide – look for the context, thinking, and subtle indicators, and then reap the rewards.
It is not good form to wait to roll last on the last boss’s loot, then Need roll, then quit.
We can tell that you probably don’t need it, and you appear a total oxygen thief.
You do zero DPS when you’re dead.
Meaning the longer you survive, the better everyone else is. Don’t stand in fire, don’t pull aggro, kill the marked target, or at the very least the Tank’s target.

I tank at a run, using the speed of my cool-downs. If that is too slow then let me know and I’ll drop group. I know who will get a group faster.
DPS pulling aggro is a self correcting problem.
I’ll taunt the first time, maybe the second, but third and forth? No way. Turn your pet’s growl off and read the threat meter. It is there to save your life.
